Vørtice Pødcast - By Sâmia Gribl About @kafox-dj KAFOX is an artist with a unique approach to music, driven by a neurological condition known as synesthesia. She describes her sound experience as transcending hearing, perceiving each beat with color, texture, and even taste. This deep sensory connection is the central element that shapes her hardtechno style: intense, melodic, and emotional. With roots in the metal universe and inspired by dark aesthetics, Kafox incorporates this identity into her image and performance, establishing her authenticity. Since May 2025, when she began her journey as a DJ, she has carved out a distinctive space in the Portuguese underground scene. Her debut took place at Riktus, one of Portugal's most renowned hardtechno parties, a milestone that led her to a residency at Invdrs. Kafox is currently in the process of producing her first original hardtechno track, a work that reflects the fusion of emotion, energy, and visual art that defines her artistic essence.
