Um Corpo Arrepiado

Notas do episódio

Há momentos em que a música não se limita a ser ouvida. Ela atravessa-nos. Sobe pela pele. E o corpo responde antes de nós. Um arrepio. Um calafrio que nos percorre os braços. Um nó inesperado na garganta. Chamamos-lhe arrepios. A ciência chama-lhe frisson. Mas o que é, realmente, este fenómeno? Hoje, do outro lado do espelho, vamos atravessar essa pergunta. Vamos ouvir música. Mas vamos, sobretudo, senti-la no corpo. _______ There are moments when music isn't just heard. It passes through us. It rises up our skin. And the body responds before we do. A shiver. A chill that runs down our arms. An unexpected lump in the throat. We call this goosebumps. Science calls it frisson. But what is this phenomenon, really? Today, on the other side of the mirror, we're going to delve into this question. We're going to listen to music. But above all, we're going to feel it in our bodies.
