I explain how my breakfast changes throughout the year, and I describe my current autumn routine: toasted oats with butter and honey, warm fruit from the freezer, chia pudding made the night before, Greek yogurt, rosehip powder, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes and a splash of milk. It’s a nutritious and filling breakfast that keeps me energised for hours — and I love making it! New Words: aveia = oats frutos secos = nuts roseira-mosqueta = rosehip pudim de chia = chia pudding frigideira = frying pan Muito obrigada for listening and até à próxima! 💛
