Gripe, Constipação e Desconforto: O Diário de Quem Só Queria Respirar (e Funcionar) Direito #7

Notas do episódio

- In this episode, I share what it was like to face days of flu and colds. You'll hear me describe, unfiltered, the symptoms that left me bedridden. I tell you what I took to alleviate the chaos, I share the frustration of seeing plans fall through the cracks and I reveal how I coped with the loneliness of being cooped up at home. But I also bring a light side: the lessons I learned, how to respect the body's signals and the importance of a good night's sleep. And, of course, I make sure to talk about post-storm relief - that feeling of rebirth when you can finally breathe without moaning. If you've been there or want to laugh (and identify) with the adventures of someone who just wanted a day without sneezing or sore throats, this episode is a virtual hug full of complicity. Leave your comment: how do you survive when your body decides to go on strike? 😷💊 Note: This episode is not a substitute for seeing a doctor, but maybe it will make you feel less alone the next time the thermometer rises.
