EP06 - Lila Durão: Growing as a Player within Historic Volleyball Clubs and the Secrets Inside the Mind of a Setter

Notas do episódio

Aren’t you curious to know how the brain of a setter works during a volleyball game? Well if you listen to this episode, you can learn a thing or two! Lila Durão is still a young player, but she already has a ton of experience. Today we will let you get inside her brain, but don’t worry, we didn’t talk only about how a setter thinks! We also talked about how growing as an athlete with different players from different generations can be such a great environment. Regarding growth we also talked about Portuguese clubs that have such great supporters and a great history behind them. I can guarantee that this episode is full of interesting views, and honestly the way Lila is able to grow and develop as a player (and also as a person!) is truly an inspiring story.
