EP18 - Early Specialization in Sports: Some Science based Information and My Own Experience Growing Up

Notas do episódio

This week on your favourite volleyball podcast I share with you my own experiences during my early years in sports as a child/teen. I talk about how growing up doing a lot of different activities affected my developtment and also you'll also hear some science data from some studies on early specialization. It's a great episode that I hope you guys enjoy, and let me know in the comments how was your childhood within the sports world! Don’t be shy and share your thoughts on the comment section! I would really appreciate to have your opinion on the voting section too (5 stars if it’s not too much to ask eheh!). And if you’d like a bonus communication platform, I’m on Instagram @martahurst and I read every message, so I’ll hear you out for sure.
