EP19 - Female Coaches: Why Are There So Few in the Volleyball World, and What Can We Do to Fight the Gender Gap

Notas do episódio

Hey everyone! I know you are used to reading this summary in English... And maybe you got slightly confused when you started listening and the episodes were in Portuguese... Sorry about that! To make it up to you, today we have our very first 100% English episode! On today's episode you will listen to me talk about the general situation that is happening (and hopefully improving!) with female head coaches and female athletes, not only in volleybal but also other sports. Hope you enjoy my views on the subject, this is for sure something I am really passionate about, and also one of the reasons I actually decided to start my adventure as a podcast host. Let's all keep working on giving women in sports more opportunities, more visibility, more support! Don’t be shy and share your thoughts with me on the comment section, I know that if you are here it is because you also want to see the women's game evolve and flourish! I would also really appreciate to have your opinion on the voting section (5 stars if it’s not too much to ask eheh!). And if you’d like a bonus communication platform, I’m on Instagram @martahurst and I read every message, so I’ll hear you out for sure, as I try to reply to everyone that reaches out to me.
