Epigenetic Feeding

Notas do episódio

Feeding is one of the major factors that modify the structure of chromatin by epigenetic biochemical marks on DNA and histones. These epigenetic modifications induce changes in gene expression and cellular metabolic activities. Any endocrine disruptors that circulates through the plasma and can produce insulin resistance should be considered a risk factor for Type II Diabetes Mellitus.
