The Courage to Look Within: Elul, the New Moon & the Solar Eclipse

Notas do episódio

Before we can change anything in our lives, we first need the courage to see clearly where we are.” In this episode of the Alma Flow Podcast, Paollà Yáelli welcomes her Kabbalah teacher, Rachel Madar, for a conversation about the New Moon of Virgo, the month of Elul, and the spiritual opportunity behind this solar eclipse. Elul is traditionally a time for introspection, purification, teshuvah — return — and reconnecting with the parts of ourselves that may have moved away from our soul and the Source. Together, we explore what it really means to “correct” without judging ourselves, the first 48 hours of the New Moon, the wisdom of Shoftim and Deborah, and a powerful question for this season: Where are you putting your heart? We also share practical reflections and journaling questions to help you move through these 30 days with greater awareness, intention and connection. 🎧 Mantras for your Elul practice: I’ve recorded a collection of sacred mantras and prayers, including Ana Bekoach and Kadosh, as an offering for meditation, reflection and spiritual practice.
