The great revitalization and tourism development project for the Valongo region in the Historical Center of Santos is already a reality. The space features two courts for beach tennis, footvolley, and beach volleyball, a playground, a walkway, gardens, a contemplative and floating pier for receiving tourists, in addition to the restored warehouse that is now a multipurpose space.
