S2 E5 - The impact of Guilt

Notas do episódio

Mistakes committed: anger, remorse, anguish and guilt. The feeling of guilt itself, the pathological one, which paralyzes us; where the person doesn't forgive theirself and doesn't forget what they did, removing and reliving the mistake; even generating self-punishment. Guilt is tormenting, dangerous, and persistent. As it becomes internalized, it takes hold, becoming dominant, castrating, punitive and perverse. Existential stagnation sets in, blocking walking, growing, thriving. Fear and insecurity arise tormenting the guilty mind. There are those who claim that it is one of the saddest feelings one can have.
