Throughout the conversation, we touch on various aspects of career development, from identifying your strengths and values to creating a personal brand and portfolio that showcases your work. Whitney also shares valuable tips on transitioning from one career to another and having meaningful conversations about career goals with your manager or mentor. We wrap up with a discussion of leadership and what it means to be a successful UX designer. Whitney emphasizes the importance of empathy, curiosity, and self-awareness in this field, encouraging viewers to embrace their unique strengths and perspectives.
