#7. UNCAC, CoSP 9 & Anti-Corruption Education

At the 9th session of the Conference of the States Parties (CoSP9) of the United Nations Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC), a resolution has been adopted related to the promotion of anti-corruption education. In general, CoSP resolutions aim to put a spotlight on ongoing and emerging issues that pose challenges to the implementation. Despite the fact that resolutions are not legally binding as it is the UNCAC Convention, CoSP resolutions provide guidance to States Parties and it is expected that they are taken on the national level, to better implement the UNCAC Convention. Alex Petkov, a Project Associate at the UNODC and that works on UNODC anti-corruption education initiatives and projects discuss the impact of CoSP9 Resolution on Education. This episode is moderated by Ligia Maura Costa, professor at FGV EAESP and director of FGVethics. This episode on the UNCAC, CoSP 9 & Anti-Corruption Education is sponsored by BRF. This episode is in English language.
