Notas do episódio

🌍 Finding Your Path in Tech and Beyond In this episode, I sit down with Mariana Trigo, founder tekya.io & Engineering Manager, where we dive deep into her journey from a background in biology to founding Tekya, where she now helps people navigate tech careers to create fulfilling lives. ✨ Dreaming Big and Living It Mariana talks about how visualizing her goals through her “dream board” keeps her grounded and aligned. We discuss the importance of setting a vision—not just for work, but for life. It’s all about harnessing personal leadership to move toward those dreams. 🤝 Tech's True Power: People and Connection Mariana breaks down the misconceptions about tech professionals being “shy and introverted people sitting in a dark room alone.” For her, the tech world is full of passionate, dedicated people who build meaningful connections. This community-driven approach is central to her work at Tekya, where she supports people in pursuing their dreams, both professionally and personally. 💡 Embracing the Logic and Emotion of Leadership We touch on the unique challenges of leading people versus coding projects. Mariana emphasizes that while coding can follow a strict logic, leading people requires a blend of empathy, curiosity, and patience. Her insights shed light on what it means to be a truly impactful leader in tech. If you’re seeking a blend of philosophy, humour, and practical wisdom for tech careers and leadership, don’t miss this episode! 🎧
