#13- Lean é Inspiração, Criatividade e Diversão

Notas do episódio

The Ballad of the Eight Wastes (DOWNTIME) [Verse 1 – Defects] Well, I built it wrong, now I must do it again, Time and assets are lost and rework is a pain. It's way more severe when customers complain Then shame and frustration remain D.O.W.N.T.I.M.E. is what ‘bout we sing in this rhyme, Lean stops a DEFECT to repeat one more time! [Verse 2 – Overproduction] We made it too much, so it’s piling high, No client has asked, but by pushing we’ll try (to sell) Bursting our storage, wasting the space, Large numbers lacking purpose and taste. D.O.W.N.T.I.M.E. is what ‘bout we sing in this song, OVERPRODUCTION and reason ain’t getting along! [Verse 3 – Waiting] I’m standing still, watching the clock, The goods ain’t yet here and the line’s all locked. See those vacant hands in this tedious day, As critical earnings decay. D.O.W.N.T.I.M.E. is the thing we bring in this chanting, So, let’s put some flow here and stop WAITING! [Verse 4 – Non-utilized Talent] She’s got fine ideas, but no one asked, He’s got great skills, but wears a mask. We’ve got shining gold inside their brains, But it’s sealed with locks and chains. D.O.W.N.T.I.M.E. is the sin ‘bout we tell in this theme, Lean will flourish the TALENTS of leaders and teams [Verse 5 – Transportation] Moving these goods from here to there, Across all these floors or through open air. Every round on this truck value doesn’t add, This merciless cost makes all sad. D.O.W.N.T.I.M.E. is the thing ‘bout we sing is this verse, TRANSPORT is like work but makes yields worse [Verse 6 – Inventory] Containers are piled from wall to wall, Sure we don’t need that much stuff at all. Sat so long on the shelf, now has lost its worth Finding no use, now has passed its birth D.O.W.N.T.I.M.E. is what we tell is this singing, INVENTORY takes your firm to a-breaking [Verse 7 – Motion] I bend, I twist and I reach too far, Just to grab that tool or to find that part. If we just placed things where they belong, We’d work with ease while singing this song. D.O.W.N.T.I.M.E. is the fault ‘bout we sing with these notes, Reduce MOVING before all the value erodes, [Verse 8 – Extra Processing] Did it three times, though once would be fine, We’ve designed too many steps in this line. We are all doing more than this process needs, Built in excessive complexity. D.O.W.N.T.I.M.E. are the wastes we buzz with this singing, Cut your EXTRA PROCESS(ING) thru Lean Thinkin’
