We invited our friend and colleague Davie from @orphicyoga to talk about our journeys before taking up Yoga. What reasons drove us to the practice, our first impressions, the ways through which we adopted the yoga practice and philosophy as a lifestyle, how we felt as begginner students and how we feel as teachers of this art. We also leave a few tips for people starting their own yoga journeys.
Let us know your comments and questions on our instagram @muktiyoga.pt ! Namaste
