Today, I had a very honest conversation with the Rookie Professor of the year... Thayane Bilésimo. It's nice to have a comfortable place where you can share the good and the bad of your thoughts and feelings. Again we mentioned so many good parts of being a teacher, so many bad parts, as well, but most of all, we shared our will to do better everyday, to learn from our mistakes and the confession that, believe us, there's no way we can disappoint someone that will be better than the way we disappoint ourselves.
