E, diz o salmo, virá julgar a terra. Confie! Righteous Judge - Psalm 96One of the invitations in this psalm to praise is because the Lord judges the nations with justice. This means that some other ruler, no matter how truly good they may be, could fail to notice certain things, but this does not happen with the Lord. He cares in the best way. And, the psalm says, He will come to judge the earth. The Messiah is prophesied here! This psalm is a great invitation to praise, because the Lord is the Creator and cares in the best way for the people who seek Him. Moreover, one day He will come to judge the earth; that is, He will observe what has been done, how things were carried out, and He will set things right in the face of any possible injustices. He is the Lord. Therefore, praise Him and seek His will. After all, even though some injustice may happen today, the day will come when He will wipe away every tear from your eyes! Trust!
