According to UN WOMEN, unconscious biases are “preferences that are hidden in the unconscious and that influence people's attitudes, perceptions, judgments and actions without them realizing that they are giving an advantage to a certain aspect”. We need to advance in the arduous process of daily deconstruction of discrimination between people: sexism, racism and LGBTphobia. It is necessary to identify the invisible barriers that influence the day-to-day in the main networks of relationships, such as school, family, church, media, taking into account mainly unconscious biases, which are the invisible barriers of prejudice. In addition to the inequalities of power and opportunities between people, such asymmetries are responsible for frightening statistics of violence against women and girls (aggression, rape, murder, femicide), including the indentations of race and gender identities in these victims. These statistics are detailed in podcast 7. Nobody is born with prejudice and a tendency to discrimination. It is a social construction, which is reinforced by culture and has been historically maintained in different areas of public and private life, such as family, school, church, mass media, social networks, etc.
