Notas do episódio

True refuge is finding confidence in our own innate Buddha qualities; and knowing the Dharmas, the truths of that; and living the dharmas of interbeing - the inseparable community of all life. The practice of Medicine Buddha is one way to strengthen our experience of Refuge. Filling the body/mind with radiant blue light and hearing the mantra - these are good things to do.
