Reflexões Primeira Aparição Nossa Senhora de Fátima - Parte 3

Notas do episódio

A verdadeira adoração é o amor. The Fatima Message in its entirety consists of three cycles: the angelic cycle - concerning the apparitions of the angel in 1916, the Marian cycle - the apparitions of Our Lady in 1917 and the cycle of the Immaculate Heart of Mary - also called the Cordi-Marian cycle - related to the apparitions of Pontevedra in the years 1925 and 1926 and Tuy in 1929. Throughout the Message of Fatima we can perceive the direct connection, the intimate relationship with the mystery of the Most Holy Trinity. From the first Apparition of the Angel in 1916 to the last Apparition of Our Lady to Sister Lucy at the Tuy Convent in 1929 in Spain, we can go on deciphering the Message of Fatima that leads us to the adoration of the Most Holy Trinity. And the upright and just way of responding to God in faith is worship. True worship is welcoming God as God, letting oneself be filled with His love, letting Him be God in us; it is giving oneself to God and welcoming others. True worship is love. It does not destroy, but purifies, renews, transforms, recreates our heart, creates the truth of our being. By the grace of Love poured out by the Spirit of God in our hearts, we are worshipers in spirit and truth. The way to access the mystery of God - that is, to the Most Holy Trinity - and to the experience of his love is, in Fatima, through Mary Most Holy. This is certainly an advantage that we cannot fail to appreciate. The history of the life of the faithful and of Christian spirituality has shown that the figure of Mary SSMA is almost always the main door of access to the life of faith. Fatima is a good example that an authentic and balanced Marian devotion does not distract us from the essential, nor does it keep us from loving God or following the teachings of Jesus Christ.
