The expanded concept of Peace is based on Resolution 1325, adopted by the UN in the year 2000. Its meaning is anchored in human security and social justice. Peace does not mean passivity, on the contrary, it is portrayed in everyday actions. It means promoting more active and non-violent people in search of the solution of conflicts, structural injustices and inequalities. It means the search for understanding between people, respecting differences. Such a concept is fundamental at present time, when one seeks to “get out of the bubble”, that is, to go beyond the “from us to ourselves” dialogue, with the aim of reaching the large conservative portion of society for the cause of gender equity. , which will benefit society as a whole.
