Notas do episódio

Eric Penoy is a French wedding photographer who splits his year between Porto and Mexico, and has shot 313 weddings across 30 countries, most of them with a single camera and a single lens. In this episode, Eric talks about treating a wedding day like a film he's building in real time, why he deliberately builds imperfection into his images, and what changes in your business once you stop selling a curated portfolio and start selling yourself. A direct conversation with no easy answers, about craft, fear, and what it actually takes to stay interesting after more than a decade in the industry. What you'll hear: why he shoots 8,000 to 10,000 images a wedding with just one body and one lens how a mild form of Asperger's shapes both his editing process and how he connects with couples why he stopped building a polished portfolio and started building a website that only needs to resonate with the right one visitor out of ten thousand Follow @ericpenoy (confirm handle) on Instagram to see more of Eric's work.
